Welcome to Waterford Place and the Waterford Place Homeowner's Association website!
We think you will find our neighborhood a great place to live. It is a friendly place and neighbors are always willing to help. We have twice yearly neighborhood garage sales, celebrate National Night Out in August and every year have an annual international block party! We are also fortunate to have the amenity of our lake and gazebo. It is part of the common area of our subdivision, and it is shared between Waterford Place and the Crystals, the duplex condo subdivision next door. It is a private lake for the enjoyment of Waterford Place residents and their guests. The lake is stocked with fish, and you are welcome to fish anywhere around the lake. The gazebo and the picnic table are available for your use and we updated our pond area in 2016 with a bench to enjoy as you fish or walk around the pond. We just ask that you help keep the area clean and take out any trash that you bring in. There is also a walking path along Hickory Grove to connect us with other neighborhoods. We are fortunate enough to have a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, and please observe the posted 25 MPH speed limit.
Our subdivision is just minutes away from the scenic Rock Island Trail, Robinson Park, and the Dunlap Public Library district. A brand new shopping center with a grocery store is five minutes away!
Our annual dues of $150 which are due by March 31st go towards lawn and landscape maintenance around the lake and other common areas. It is also used for insurance, various government fees, and other expenses. We also use some of the fees to sponsor some social activities. We hold an annual meeting in the last quarter to review Waterford Place Homeowner's Association business. Residents can sign in to learn more about how to pay our HOA dues.
